Smart control system for the precision cultivation of black fungus

Black fungus, with high nutritional and medicinal value, has been cultivated in China for a long time, Heilongjiang alone accounts about 40% of the global output. At present, cultivation black fungus derives mainly from inheritance relatively primitive practices experience farmers, resulting inconsistent quality fungus. In this study, smart control system precision was designed by using intelligent detection technology. The includes culture test environment remote system. contains four sub-independent environments. key parameters such as temperature, humidity, light behavior were collected can be adjusted individually, according to stages. included controller cabinet, sensors unit, temperature humidity information transmitting unit. cabinet which auto-control lightly adjust components conditions processing. installed 3D array close bags 5 cm rooms. tape on six walls also had three colors (Red, Blue, Green) could controlled independently each room. strategy through analysis data all sensors, current cultivate situation obtained, heater, fan, light, nozzle regulated maintain suitable To verify feasibility processing system, result shows that error 0°C-1°C, 1%-4%, illuminance 0-50 lx; All verification results show meet needs exploring "Black 29" experiment environment. Based orthogonal experiment, best combination growth stage investigated further proving reliability Auricularia auricula.
